Casino 96 was opened very recently, on September 18, 2020. The building is located in the country's southern municipality, the commune of Balzers. It is the second casino owned by CAI (Casinos Austria International), the first being Schaanwald, which opened in October 2017.
The Schaanwald gambling house is located in the north of the country, on the border with Austria, while Casino 96 is located in the south, close to Switzerland. The establishment is just one kilometer from the Swiss A13 highway.
