Studio City Macau story

An American project called Studio City was built on the Cotai Strip in 2015. The construction estimate was $2 billion. Gaming operator Melco Crown acquired a 60 percent stake in the resort in 2011.

The atrium originally opened with a 1,600-room hotel, 400 tables, and a family entertainment center. The resort was styled by the Goddard Group.

The Star Hotel tower and Celebrity Hotel tower are connected by a gold Ferris wheel in the shape of a figure-eight. Vacationers board on the 23rd floor. The wheel has 17 booths, each with a capacity of up to 10 passengers.
