The hotel tower has 49 floors, although it is believed to have 63. Some floors were not counted for various reasons (such as the unlucky number 13 or the "four," which is associated with death in Asian countries).
The five-star luxury hotel has 2,082 rooms. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and babysitting is available for children.
The rooms are divided into two types:
- Encore (Resort and Panoramic View rooms);
- Encore Tower Suites: (King, Two Queens, Parlor and Salon, Two Bedroom Apartment, Three Bedroom Duplex).
At least two TVs and a living room with a minibar are available in each suite, which has contemporary décor.
