The idea of writing an article about the most unpleasant and even irritating features of some online casinos did not come suddenly. It gradually arose in the process of writing numerous reviews of all kinds of gambling establishments operating in the vast worldwide network. Some nuances initially looked like exceptions. But then, it became clear that they are a common practice in online gambling.

This article is somewhat subjective and you may not agree with my opinion. Moreover, I don’t think I will recall all things at once, so this article will probably be updated from time to time. I would also appreciate if you take part in discussion of issues raised here. Ok, let's start with things that I really don’t like in online casinos. My thoughts are listed in random order rather than by importance.    Unfounded loud statements casino claims of high payouts, their total reliability and fairness, protection of user data and so on, but all these statements are ungrounded.    Uninformative user agreement It looks pretty questionable when the casino user agreement actually fits the screen. If the administration does not bother to ensure detailed rules related to all possible situations, it means that in case of dispute it will give itself a favor and you'll have nothing to oppose it.    Shockingly decorated rules Mild-to-read or otherwise too contrasting text user agreement on some motley background, the lack of clear sections or illogical structure when it is difficult to perceive the presentation of information - all these are signs that administration doesn't care about the customers or even does not want the players to thoroughly understand the rules.    Too variegated casino design Some casinos are trying to tell all good things they have on the main page. When you enter such a website, the eyes are dazzled by numerous banners with game logos, rotating counters, invitations to take part in tournaments and bonus offers. But what especially annoying is flash ads. Even if they are beautiful and stylish, they can significantly slow down loading the page and even regular customers quickly get tired of them.   No free games trials  I mean that casino owners refuse their customers to try games for free. Fortunately, this practice becomes rare on decent places. But, what happens much more often is a restriction to play free games without registration. The administration of such sites probably believes that by opening an account users will turn into regular customers.     Bias toward users from certain countries  It is clear why many casinos don't give bonuses to players from certain countries. They fight against bonus-hunters and all kinds of freebie  lovers. But why honest players have to suffer from the fact that their countries have more fraudsters than the others? It’s just inability of casinos to fight with scams. It is disrespecting customers and even violation of customer rights.    Only casino version for download available Of course, it is a rare thing today, but still some solid websites require downloading and installing programs for users to play. Today, when internet connection speed is high and it’s rate is steadily declining, flash casinos become more popular and easy-to-play.    Too simple registration procedure  It may seem that a quick registration process, which requires filling in a simple form with a couple of fields, is very convenient. But, in fact, such an approach says that the administration of casino has a little concern about safety of your account and personal data security. The less information casino requires, the more difficult it is to prove that you are a real account owner in case of abnormal situation.   No convenient methods of deposit and withdrawal A really solid online casino should make sure that all it’s customers can deposit and withdraw money in as many methods as possible. Unfortunately, many casinos offer a limited number of methods, that may be inconvenient to users.    Bad support Lazy, slow, rude, unresponsive, incompetent support is perhaps the worst thing that can happen in an online casino. There is even nothing to add here.    Conclusion I understand that almost everything mentioned above, that can be found in any online casino, has reasons. But I look at the situation through the eyes of a consumer, who as we know, is always right. Let's hope that owners of gambling sites will consider this information.  I hope, that you will share your opinion on this article and it’s subject in the comments below.
