Education:

In 1995 he graduated from the Ukrainian Humanitarian Lyceum of Kyiv National Shevchenko University.

Married twice. First wife - Tatiana Sergeevna Getmantseva, lawyer, works in Nazca. From the first marriage there is a son Ivan, lives with his mother.

Second wife - Getmantseva (Shveya) Olga Sergeevna. There is no information about her activities. The former wife of a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office, separated from her husband when she lived in a civil marriage with Daniil Getmantsev and raised a common son Mikhail.

The politician also has a son Sergei, who now lives in the village of Motovilovka.

Interesting facts

Daniil Getmantsev supports tax amnesty in Ukraine. He cites Argentina as an example, where in 2016 President Mauricio Macri held a capital amnesty and called for money to be brought back into the country. This allegedly allowed the legalization of $117 billion, not only in money but also in other assets.

He was twice recognized as the best lawyer in the field of taxation at the annual award ceremony of the best lawyers of Ukraine - "Yuridicheskaya Premiya" in 2012 and 2016.
He was twice included in the top 100 lawyers of Ukraine for achievements in the field of banking, finance and tax law and was recognized as one of the leading lawyers of the country in the field of banking and finance law, securities and stock market - in 2010 and 2018.
In 2012, he was awarded certificates of the Supreme Court of Ukraine for conscientious, continuous work in the field of law and significant personal contribution to the development of the judicial system.
In 2013, he received a commendation from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University as the best teacher of the Faculty of Law for active and persistent work in the field of judicial education.
In 2014, he was recognized as the best lawyer in Ukraine in tax law, according to Client Choice Awards-2014 and Client Choice Awards-2015.
