I have little understanding of the motivation of businessmen who spend years building something called a business but don't make a profit.
Always try to be creative in any business task, and especially marketing and finding customers.
Today, it is not difficult for a good project to get investment, but the question remains how responsibly and efficiently funders spend their finances. The experience of building a business with your own money, from my point of view, is much more extreme
In the first few years, until we grew to 30-35 people, I devoted at least 16 hours a day to the business. And, believe me, there was no burnout, only drive.
Every businessman should be prepared for difficult situations and realize that it costs effort, but you need to be firm and self-confident, and then any problems can be overcome. Belief in yourself is one of the key skills of an entrepreneur.
From the very beginning I built the company on values - mutual respect, attentiveness to colleagues and readiness to help, treating clients as my friends, honesty and openness, the desire to develop and be in the drive, not just sit and receive
Hiring is one of the key processes in building a company. If a candidate does not fall within our values, if they are nothing to him, it is better not to bring him into the team. It is important to hear how a person thinks, what they are passionate about,

Alexander, born in 1979 in Rostov, has been interested in maths and logic since childhood, dreaming of becoming an engineer. However, in the late 1990s, after discovering online casinos, he switched to studying gambling, recognising the complex mathematical systems involved. Working for a regional newspaper (from correspondent to deputy editor-in-chief), he learnt fact-checking and critical analysis - skills that later became the basis for his work on Casinoz. Alexander checks every detail, from the RTP of slots to the terms of bonuses, demanding documentary proof. Colleagues call him the ‘microscope man’ for his meticulousness in verifying data. He not only exposes inaccuracies, but also teaches players strategies, bankroll management and how to recognise unscrupulous casinos, turning gambling from a game into a science. Thousands of users trust his recommendations, knowing that behind every word is a week of testing and years of expertise.
