Career

It was unlikely that Sean McBurney would get into the gaming industry. He originally worked as an engineer at General Motors and didn't think much of casinos at all. Sean then went to Stanford University and was hired at Harrah's Entertainment as assistant to the president under Gary Loveman. He worked at several hotels in Las Vegas where he learned the Total Rewards system. Sean McBurney later became in charge of VIP programs for Caesars before becoming general manager of the company's flagship Caesars Palace.
